precise.ai is operated by Precise.ai, Inc. The site describes the product and lets you request a briefing. Its content is provided for information; it is a description of the work, and an engagement begins only when both sides sign.
Engagements are on paper.
Every product engagement is governed by signed agreements: an SPA, a DPA, and an MSA, with terms your counsel can redline. Nothing on this site creates an engagement, a license to the product, or a warranty; where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.
Content and marks.
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Precise.ai, Inc. You may quote it with attribution; the machine-readable overview at /llms.txt exists to be quoted accurately.
The site is provided as is.
We keep the site accurate and current, and the numbers on it carry their sources or are labeled illustrative. The site itself is provided as is, and Precise.ai, Inc. accepts no liability arising from reliance on the site alone; reliance belongs on the signed agreements and the record.
